Robert Heiser founded Heiser Development Corporation in 1980 and is a licensed architect, real estate broker, and developer with over 35 years experience in developing income producing properties.
The architecture division of Heiser Development has designed several apartment, office, and commercial buildings and is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects. Heiser has developed over 1,000 apartment units, including Walden Oak Apartments and Abacus Southside in Austin, TX; and Abacus Alamo Ranch, a 320 multifamily apartment complex located in far west San Antonio, TX. Heiser is in process of developing Abacus West, the second phase of Abacus Alamo Ranch, and the incumbent Westover Hills Project as well. Mr. Heiser has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin (1974). Heiser has developed 27 real estate projects in excess of $250MM, including 11 residential properties.
Robert is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), Texas Society of Architects (TSA), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), National Home Builders Association and an Expert Panelist for the Texas Real Estate Confidence Index.
